Scell-it UK is further expanding its pneumatic setting tool range with two new versatile tools for setting “pin and collar” fasteners. The E640PC and E100PC are lightweight, portable, and powerful tools that can set a wide range of fasteners with ease.

The E640PC is a light and portable tool with traction power up to 39,200 N. It can set fasteners from 4.8mm (3/16″) to 6.4mm (1/4″) with a stroke of 17mm.

The E100PC is a more powerful tool with traction power up to 42,840 N. It can set fasteners from 7.9mm (5/16″) to 9.5mm (3/8″) and has a stroke of 22mm.

A variety of nose assemblies are also available for both tools to accommodate common single or two piece fasteners.

Both are built to be durable and comfortable enough for long-term use, and versatile enough to be used for a variety of applications including Automotive, Aerospace, Construction and Manufacturing.

These two new tools are welcome additions to Scell-it UK’s wide range of “pin and collar” fasteners, including Hyperbolts, Multigrip Pins, and Tainerbolts. They also expand Scell-it UK’s already substantial range of setting tools, which includes many manual and battery powered units.
